prevent injury.
2. Do the 1-2-3 Drill -
Come in and ask Sam to
teach you this drill that
Barry Bonds himself
uses.
3. Do some "T" Work -
Builds "Muscle Memory"
4. Soft Toss -
Two choices use
Thunder Stick and golf
balls or bat and whiffle
balls.
5. Hit the cages -
We offer both pitching
machines, live pitching or
you can bring your own
pitchers.
